Who owns the custom mold and dies tooling built by Binyamin Traders?
The client owns 100% of custom mold and die tooling assets. All CAD/CAM data, CNC electrode tooling, and physical mold blocks are the exclusive property of the client. Molds can be securely maintained in our climate-monitored facility for recurring production batches or shipped directly to your factory.
What is your standard tolerance guarantee on machined parts and plastic molds?
Our CNC machining and wire EDM toolroom maintains precision tolerances of ±0.005 mm (5 microns). For molded plastic components, our baseline tolerance is DIN 16901 / ISO 20457 Grade 130 (typically ±0.02 mm to ±0.05 mm depending on polymer shrinkage and geometry).
Can Binyamin Traders reverse engineer parts from a physical sample without CAD drawings?
Yes, this is one of our specialized strengths. Established in 2000, Binyamin Traders has extensive experience in reverse engineering textile machinery spares, apparel parts, and discontinued plastic components using optical scanning and Zeiss CMM metrology to create production-ready 3D CAD data and precision molds.
What surface treatment and finishing services do you provide in-house?
Under one roof, Binyamin Traders offers complete metal surface treatment including optical mirror micro-polishing (Ra < 0.05 µm), MIL-A-8625 Type III Hard Anodizing, black oxide, vacuum heat treatment, and hard chrome plating for extreme wear and corrosion resistance.
What is your turnaround time for formal quotations and sample delivery?
For standard catalog parts (sewing cones, bobbins, Tk2-20 cutters, gears), formal quotations are provided within 2 to 4 hours. For custom plastic injection molds and metal stamping dies, comprehensive DFM proposals and itemized quotes are provided within 24 hours.
Are Binyamin Traders products eligible for local tax compliance and export shipping?
Yes, Binyamin Traders is fully STRN and NTN registered in Pakistan with our own factory outlet. We serve domestic manufacturing clients with official tax invoices and ship international orders under standard Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DDP).
